Spring Break is almost here and we are ready to Break IIT Down at Diva Den Studio! Hip Hop HIITs® is an easy-to-follow format that combines dance fitness with high intensity interval training. This is a special event and it is great for beginners, yet challenging enough for the most advanced athlete. Space is limited!
