Join us for a special Monday Night Preview of Hip Hop HIITs with LaTosha as we celebrate the legacy that inspired it all.
Hip Hop HIITs was created in 2014 during a season when LaTosha needed to spend time with her mom as she battled cancer. What began as a way to continue serving members while supporting family grew into a fitness format that has impacted countless lives through movement, community, and joy.
This preview class is more than a WERKout. It is a celebration of that journey, the people who have been part of it, and the legacy that continues to inspire us every day.
Come dance, sweat, laugh, and experience the energy that has made Hip Hop HIITs special for over a decade.
